5 Million Dollars for what?...buzz,blog posts,gossip the usual

If this rumor about Wallstrip is true then it might be the start of a trend. What exactly is CBS buying? An idea? a community? The first pass on this I was thinking wow 5 million bucks for a blog that started “back in the day” October 2006. I’m jealous. However when I think about it CBS gets at least that much in buzz and a decent reach in to a well healed group of early adapters that get it. This might also cause content creators like my self to step up the game with more fun unbundled content.Also at this price Wallstrip is making Rafat Ali paidcontent.org's deal look like a piker compared to his funding a year ago(i think it was a few million I dont feel like looking that number up and im not known for accuracy or spelling) Just a side note Lindsay Campbell played AJ's teacher on "The Sapranos" last night.
